Roasted duck and pancetta terrine with an apple & sultana chutney

Lemon marinated tiger prawns with a sweet chilli dip

Sun-dried beef tomato topped with goats cheese with a basil dressing

Wild mushroom soup with cream & cheese straws



Roast Norfolk turkey & honey roasted ham with chestnut & thyme stuffing, served with chipolata & bacon, homemade cranberry sauce & a roast turkey jus

Pan fried fillet of sea bass with tomato infused risotto rice & a basil & pine nut sauce

Roast sirloin of Scottish beef served with a shallot & red wine sauce

Roasted vegetable & buckwheat filo parcels with saffron rice and carrot crisps

All Mains will be served with traditional roasted and minted new potatoes, mixed seasonal vegetables & swede mash

Christmas pudding with Cornish clotted cream & brandy sauce

Decadent chocolate fondant with a hot whiskey & chocolate sauce

Rum, raisin and apple crumble with piping hot custard

Caramelised oranges with a hot cherry compote & vanilla ice cream

Adults £65.00 and Children £40.00 (to be paid in full by November 30th 2008). Choices for each course must be pre-ordered. Adult price includes £5 voucher towards any bottle of wine on the day.
