Sundays throughout December 08 (except Christmas Day & New Years Eve)

Lemon grass marinated crayfish tails & prawns on fennel and apple slaw

Tartlet filled with wild mushrooms & Boursin cheese

Sweet potato & red pepper soup served with homemade crusty bread

Homemade chicken & pine nut pate served with plum chutney & croutons

MAIN COURSE

Roast Norfolk turkey with apricot & walnut stuffing & all of the traditional trimmings

Seared supreme of salmon with tomato & basil cous cous & a chive cream sauce

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables in a Pompadour sauce topped with melted goats cheese

Grilled leg of lamb steak with caramelised red onion

*All these dishes will be served with roast & buttered new potatoes & fresh seasonal vegetables

Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce

Rich chocolate & Bailey’s crème brulee

Sticky toffee pudding with a rich fudge sauce
