Available Monday to Saturday lunchtimes 12noon ‘til 3pm in December 2008 (Except Christmas Day)

STARTERS

Tartlet filled with wild mushrooms & Boursin cheese

Sweet potato & red pepper soup served with homemade crusty bread

Homemade chicken & pine nut pate served with plum chutney & croutons

MAIN COURSE

Roast Norfolk turkey with apricot & walnut stuffing & all of the traditional trimmings

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables in a Pompadour sauce topped with melted goats cheese

Grilled leg of lamb steak with caramelised red onion

*All these dishes will be served with roast & buttered new potatoes & fresh seasonal vegetables

DESSERTS

Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce

Sticky toffee pudding with a rich fudge sauce

Somerset brie cheese plate with celery, crackers & chutney
