Deep fried mozzarella in herb breadcrumbs served with a spicy tomato dip
Prawn & avocado salad with a sherry dressing
Mussels cooked in white wine & cream served with crusty bread
Cream of cauliflower soup with toasted almonds
Duck & cashew nut terrine with caramelised oranges

Main courses



Roast loin of pork, apple sauce & crackling with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables
Baked salmon coated in a herb crust on a bed of spinach linguini & seasonal vegetables
Grilled supreme of chicken with pesto, roquette & parmesan salad with sauté potatoes
Roast topside of beef garnished with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables & a horseradish sauce
Mushroom & potato filo wrap with stirfry vegetables in a sweet chilli sauce

Poached pears in red wine served with a warm white chocolate sauce
Strawberry & raspberry cheesecake served with a raspberry coulis
