Wild mushroom tartlet served with an herb salad and Cashel blue cheese dressing

Main courses

Fillet of prime beef with sauté Mushroom and cherry Tomato on a crispy potato cake and red wine sauce
Pan seared Duck breast with potato dauphinoise, pak choy and port wine jus
Mushroom and sweet potato filo parcel on a sushi rice cake with sundried tomato sauce and green beans
Pan fried sea bass fillets on a bed of mashed potato, roasted red peppers and spinach cream sauce
